Signed water-use records live today on customer dashboards. The signature proves who issued a record and whether it changed since; it does not replace meter or sensor validation. Growers, buyers, and auditors can verify a report’s history without exposing private field-level data.

You own your raw data; it stays in your own sensor account. We use anonymized data only to improve the models your farm relies on. We never sell raw or identifiable data. The only data products we ever commercialize are anonymized regional aggregates drawn from at least 7 unaffiliated farms, which cannot be traced back to you, and no per-customer detail is exposed anywhere public.

The AI Platform (BYOS) is $20/acre/year on the sensors you already own, starting with a free 30-day trial and no credit card. The Managed Service is $80/acre/year and adds sensor install, weekly CCA field walkthroughs, and SWEEP/EQIP grant filing support. Minimum 20 acres. Billed quarterly, cancel effective at the end of your current quarter.
Do I have to replace my existing soil moisture probes?
No. AgWaterAI runs on Sentek, METER, Irrometer, AquaSpy, and other standard probes. Nothing gets ripped out: we go live on your existing sensor feed, usually within days.
Do I have to give up my agronomist or PCA?
No. Bring your own sensors, keep your own advisor. AgWaterAI gives your agronomist readings no one can get by walking a field: cold roots, salt at the root zone, and the profile drying from below. It does not replace them.

It uses field sensors, weather data, deterministic planning tools, and machine learning trained on 9+ years of sensor data to classify same-day crop-stress signals and give every block a documented water-use record. Our strongest measured field result is a 17.7% median pump-hour reduction on five mature orchards, achieved with disciplined sensor-guided irrigation management (not an AI-attributed result).
What is irrigation AI?
Irrigation intelligence combines soil moisture sensors, weather data, field measurements, deterministic water-balance tools, and machine learning to support irrigation decisions. AgWaterAI runs six operational decision systems: four machine-learning systems, a mined-rules prescription engine, and a deterministic physics planning layer. SENTRY-TRANSITION Stage 1 is planning alpha and has no learned accuracy metric.
How does AI help with farm irrigation?
Irrigation software helps by processing soil-profile, weather, pump, and satellite context together. AgWaterAI surfaces measured conditions, same-day stress signals, and labeled planning projections so a farmer and CCA can prioritize review. It does not automatically change irrigation totals.
What is SGMA compliance?
SGMA (Sustainable Groundwater Management Act) requires California farmers to report and reduce groundwater pumping. Non-compliance can result in tiered fines that vary by GSA and overage tier. AgWaterAI combines measured use, allocation tracking, and PULSE water-use projections; every farm must verify the applicable rate and allocation with its GSA.
How accurate is AgWaterAI?
AgWaterAI reports each model separately because the metrics are not interchangeable. PULSE has a raw temporal walk-forward R-squared of 0.9076; SENTRY has a raw temporal walk-forward AUC of 0.8997; WATCHDOG has a raw temporal walk-forward AUC of 0.7762. SENTRY-TRANSITION Stage 1 is deterministic physics with no learned accuracy metric. Current values come from the production model registry.
